If at any time within 30 days of your purchase, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

Accell offers 30-days return for refund, from date you received your purchase, for products purchased at Accell's online store only. Accell will refund the full purchase cost including original shipping cost upon receipt of the item. However the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please download and complete an RMA request form. In the remark section indicate “return for refund” and provide a brief explanation why the product is being returned as your feedback is valuable. Also include a copy of the original dated sales receipt. This receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Email your RMA form and sales receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return for Refund”.
Do not ship the product until you have been assigned an RMA number.
