ACCELL CORPORATION TO FOCUS ON PREMIUM CONNECTIVITY PRODUCTS AND MOBILE ACCESSORIES January 2003- (Fremont, CA) Accell to leverage BizLink Technology's global R&D, manufacturing operations to deliver stylish, affordable, performance-driven cables and accessories Accell Corporation, a new provider of premium computer, audio/video and digital imaging connectivity products for savvy computer and mobile device users, today announced the launch of the company and its new corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley. Accell, a wholly owned subsidiary of BizLink Technology, Inc., will officially launch its innovative line of elegant, affordable, performance-driven cables and accessories in Q1 2003 to North and South American Markets. BizLink is a leading manufacturer of power cords, wire harnesses, cable assemblies and fiber optic components. Leveraging BizLink's global design and manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Malaysia and China, Accell will provide a rapidly expanding line of high end computer cabling and mobile accessories, beginning with USB, FireWire and power cables for PCs and laptops, Ethernet cables for networks, as well as solutions specifically aimed at mobile device users.
