Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return procedure below and we will be happy to help you with your return.

Accell offers 30-days return for refund, based from invoice date, for products purchased at Accell's online store only. Refunds will be for the cost of the Accell products only; shipping cost paid by the customer is not refundable.

Please download and complete an RMA request form. In the remark section indicate “return for refund” and provide a brief explanation why the product is being returned as your feedback is valuable. Also include a copy of the original dated sales receipt. This receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Email your RMA form and sales receipt to support@accellcables.com with the subject “Return for Refund”.

Do not ship the product until you have been assigned an RMA number.
